Unmatched Graphics designed the cover for Volume I of the Memorandum to the 15th & 16th Finance Commission — an official publication created by Doon Ventures Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for the Government of Uttarakhand.
A cover designed at our desk reached a much larger stage.
In May 2025, Volume I of the Memorandum to the 15th & 16th Finance Commission was officially launched during the Finance Commission's visit to Uttarakhand.
The official publication was created by Doon Ventures Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for the Government of Uttarakhand, with Unmatched Graphics responsible for the cover design.
During the visit, the publication was formally launched by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami.

Unmatched Graphics was responsible for the cover design of Volume I. The objective was to create a visual front for an official publication that felt appropriate to its institutional context while remaining clear, considered and visually distinct.
From design file to an official state launch.
The publication was officially launched by Uttarakhand Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami during the Finance Commission's visit to the state in May 2025. For the studio, the moment represented something simple but significant: seeing a piece of our work move from the design process into an official public setting.

The milestone was not about claiming ownership of the publication itself. Our contribution was specific: the cover. But seeing that work become part of an official Government of Uttarakhand publication — and later appear at its formal launch — made it a meaningful moment in the studio's journey.
